Due to our limited capacity as per the Governor’s executive order we are requiring everyone to email the front desk via the Contact Us Form to book classes.
Cancellation Policy: Due to capacity restrictions our class sizes are limited and in high demand. With that in mind, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- If you give us more than 24 hours notice that you cannot attend a class or course that you signed up for, you may either reschedule for a later date or you can be refunded 100% of what you paid for the class.
- If you give us notice that you cannot attend a class or course that you signed up for, but it is less than 24 hours notice, you will be allowed to reschedule that class one time OR you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the amount you paid for the class.
- Once you have signed up for a class or course and you do not show up nor do you give any notice, you will be forfeiting the entire amount you paid for the class.
