Introduction to the AR15 type rifle

This is an introduction to the AR15 rifle platform and is for the person who has never handled a firearm before. The student will be instructed on proper safety and basic operation and marksmanship of the AR15 rifle. This is an excellent class to help the potential AR15 owner in selecting the correct AR type for them, or for the new AR15 owner. Equipment requirements: An AR15 type rifle, eye/ear protection, a long-sleeve crew neck shirt, ball-cap, approximately 50 rounds of ammunition and 3 full-bodied magazines (Hex-mag or similar type magazine).
NOTE: A few rentals may be available for this course for shooters who have not purchased their own AR15 yet.
