Range Safety Officer (RSO)

The Range Safety Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the indoor range. The RSO is responsible for supervising the customers and shooters, as well as basic range maintenance, The RSO should be able to assist the customer in addressing malfunctions with a variety of firearms, and helping new shooters gain familiarity with the range procedures. The RSO understands range standard operating procedures, range rules, firearms, firearm malfunctions and emergency procedures.

Prerequisite:
You must be an NRA certified Range Safety Officer, have a New Jersey Firearm’s ID card and be eligible for a NJ Retail Employee Card.

Retail Sales Associate (RSA)

The Retail Sales Associate (RSA) is a front line member of the sales team at the TTC. Responsibilities include sales of firearms, accessories and trainings, as well as point of sale operations. The RSA must have a good understanding of firearms and accessories, be detail oriented, a safe firearms handler, a good listener and able to offer an outstanding customer service experience.

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older, be able to clear a NJSP background investigation to be licensed to handle firearms and ammunition. Additionally NRA Firearms Instructor and Range Safety Officer certifications are desirable in an applicant. Applicants will work a variety of shifts to include days, evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Retail Associate (RA)

The Retail Associate (RA) is a front line member of the TTC team responsible for point of sale operations, interacting with customers through phone, email and in-person exchanges, sales and scheduling of lessons/classes, and generally contributing to an overall exceptional customer experience in what is often a fast paced environment.

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older, be able to clear a NJSP background investigation to be licensed to handle firearms and ammunition. Applicants will work a variety of shifts to include days, evenings, weekends and some holidays. Applicants with a firearms interest are desirable.
